Information you choose to share

This website does not submit the quote-builder details to a database. It prepares a WhatsApp message that you can review before sending. If you contact us by WhatsApp, telephone or email, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and manage work you ask us to perform.

Website information

Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and access times to operate, secure and diagnose the website.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers or professional advisers only where reasonably necessary to operate the business, provide the requested service, comply with the law or protect legitimate business interests. We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for these purposes.

External services

With your consent, we use Google and Meta measurement services to understand visits and enquiry-button clicks. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses or quote-form text through these tracking events. Links to WhatsApp, email and telephone services are governed by those providers' own privacy practices. Review the message and recipient before sending information.
