Why leaks return after patching
Water travels. It may enter through a ridge, side lap, penetration or loose fastener and only become visible metres away.
Old sealants can hide movement or corrosion without restoring the detail. A durable repair requires compatible materials and proper preparation.
If failures are widespread, isolated repairs may no longer be economical. We will compare repair, refurbishment and replacement rather than selling repeated call-outs.
