Commercial suspended ceiling contractors

Accessible suspended ceilings for commercial spaces

Suspended ceilings provide a clean finished plane while retaining access to services above. Pendulum installs and repairs grid-and-tile systems for offices, retail areas, schools and commercial interiors.

01

Service access

Removable tiles allow planned access to electrical, mechanical and communication services.

02

Measured grid

Layout, hangers, edge trims, light fittings and services must align before installation.

03

Repair and replacement

Damaged tiles, corroded grid and poorly altered sections can be assessed and reinstated.

Practical roof advice

The grid is only as good as its setting-out

Poorly planned borders, service clashes and unsupported alterations make a suspended ceiling look uneven and can compromise access.

Tile selection should suit the intended environment, appearance and acoustic or hygiene requirement where specified by the client or designer.

Where water ingress has stained or damaged tiles, replacing tiles alone is not a solution. The source above the ceiling should be identified first.

Useful answers

Before the inspection.

Can individual suspended ceiling tiles be replaced?

Yes, if compatible replacement tiles are available and the supporting grid remains sound and correctly aligned.

Can lights and air-conditioning fit into the grid?

Yes, but the layout and support requirements must be coordinated with the relevant electrical and mechanical contractors.

Do you repair water-damaged suspended ceilings?

Yes. The source of water ingress should be repaired first, followed by an assessment of tiles, grid, insulation and services.
