Commercial roof waterproofing contractors
Waterproofing works when the correct system is applied to a sound, prepared detail. Pendulum investigates how water is entering before treating flashings, penetrations, laps, joints, gutters and other localised failure points. We do not sell full-roof rubberising as a cure for failed sheeting or structural movement.

The substrate, movement, exposure and existing materials determine the repair specification.
Waterproofing cannot restore perforated sheets, failed structures or an exhausted roof.
Defined roofing scope
The scope is limited to details that can be repaired reliably. Widespread deterioration is priced as refurbishment or replacement rather than disguised beneath a coating.
Request an assessmentPractical roof advice
A liquid system is not a substitute for sound roof sheets, secure fasteners and stable structural supports. If the roof beneath it moves or continues corroding, the new layer inherits the failure.
Preparation is critical. Dirt, loose coatings, moisture, rust and incompatible sealants prevent adhesion and shorten the repair life.
We separate waterproofable details from sheets or components that should be replaced. That produces a clearer quotation and a more defensible repair.
Useful answers
We focus on targeted, technically suitable waterproofing. We do not recommend covering an entire failed roof with rubberising when repair, refurbishment or replacement is the correct solution.
Yes, when the entry point is correctly identified, the surrounding substrate is serviceable and the repair system suits the movement and exposure.
Yes. We work on commercial and industrial roof details, with access and work sequencing planned around the operating property.
